Avery 8460 Label Template from Excel or CSV

A Avery 8460 data template is a spreadsheet with one column per field and one row per label. Add your rows in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, then import it into PrintPiper — the headers below map directly onto a standard address-label design.

Avery 8460 sheet dimensions
Avery 8460 is the inkjet-stock packaging of the standard 30-up address sheet: 1 × 2⅝ inch labels, 3 columns × 10 rows, 30 labels per US Letter sheet. It shares its layout with 5160 (laser) and 8160 (inkjet).
8460 is inkjet stock: choose the inkjet setting on your printer and let the ink dry before peeling.

Design one label
Create a template and choose Avery 8460 · 30 labels / sheet under Preset. The editor snaps one label to its physical size. Add reusable variables such as {{Name}}, {{Address}} and {{PostalCode}}, or add single-page PDF or image artwork.
Import spreadsheet data
Save the template, then use Import CSV / Excel. XLSX, XLS, CSV and TSV are supported. Choose your sheet and column-name row, map columns to the template variables, and check several records in the whole-sheet preview before generating.
Records fill left to right and then top to bottom across the grid; the last sheet keeps its unused positions blank. Download PDF, PNG or TIFF files, print at Actual size, and compare a plain-paper test against the stock grid before committing adhesive sheets.
Common questions
Is the Avery 8460 template the same as 5160 and 8160?
Yes. 5160, 8160 and 8460 use the identical 2⅝ × 1 inch, 30-up Letter layout. The product numbers distinguish printer stock: 5160 is laser, 8160 and 8460 are inkjet. Any 5160 template, including the free CSV below, works on all three.
How many labels do I get per sheet?
Thirty. Three columns of ten 2⅝ × 1 inch labels fill one US Letter sheet; 31 records use two sheets, and unused positions on the last sheet stay blank.
Can I start on a partly used 8460 sheet?
Yes. Open Starting label and choose position 1–30. The choice applies only to the first sheet of the current batch, so you can finish a part-sheet before opening new stock.
