Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PrintPiper website and application. By using PrintPiper, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service and your account

PrintPiper provides reusable templates and browser-based generation of personalized labels, badges and documents. Google sign-in is required to save templates and use account features. Access is currently restricted to authorized accounts. Keep your account secure and use it only when you are authorized to do so.

Plans, payments and renewals

The pricing page lists current prices and plan allowances. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Creem as merchant of record. Start purchases from your signed-in PrintPiper account so your subscription is associated with the correct account. One plan is effective per account at a time.

Cancellation and plan changes

To stop renewal, open Plans & billing in the app, choose Manage subscription and cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation keeps paid access through the end of the current paid period, then your account returns to Free. Upgrades may incur a prorated charge and take effect after payment confirmation. A downgrade to a lower paid plan takes effect at the next paid renewal.

If a lower plan has fewer active-template slots than you use, you must select which templates remain active. Other templates are retained as inactive. The status-change allowance and export limits are described on the pricing page.

Refunds and billing problems

Cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself refund charges already paid. Contact support to request review of a duplicate charge, payment error or a service problem, including your account email, order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send full card details or sensitive document data. Refund requests are assessed individually; refunds required by applicable consumer law remain available. Creem may also handle refunds under its payment policies. A full refund of the current subscription payment may end the associated paid access.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use template artwork and other content. You grant PrintPiper permission to store and process saved template settings and uploaded artwork as necessary to provide the service. Do not use PrintPiper for unlawful content, infringement, fraud, or attempts to access another person’s account or disrupt the service.

Data, output and availability

Data records and generated print files are processed on your device. Saved templates and selected artwork are stored for your account. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Keep your own copies of important files, check output before printing, and test physical dimensions on your printer. Output performance depends on your browser, device and artwork. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.

Changes and ending access

We may update the service or these terms and publish the updated date here. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they apply. We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security issues or violations of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
