Sign in with Google to access your own PrintPiper workspace. Each account’s saved templates and artwork are private to that account.

Excel, CSV and generated documents

Excel and CSV parsing, field replacement, preview rendering, and PDF/PNG/TIFF generation run in your browser. Data files, original file names, worksheet names, column names, cell values, column mappings and generated print files are not sent to the application server.

Generate files saves completed parts in temporary browser storage on your device. Click Download to keep them before leaving the page or generating another batch. Clear temporary files removes these browser copies. If you choose to save directly to a folder, the files remain in that folder and are not removed by clearing browser copies.

Saved templates

When you choose Save, the template’s name, dimensions, field content, positions, and style settings are stored in your account. If your template has artwork, the original PDF or image is uploaded too. Any personal information included in that artwork or typed directly into a field is therefore part of the saved template. Imported Excel and CSV records are not included.

Account access

Sign-in is handled by Google. PrintPiper uses your verified account identifier to keep saved templates separate and your email to enforce workspace access. Authentication cookies and infrastructure logs may be handled by those providers.

Subscriptions and payments

Creem processes subscription payments. When you start checkout, we send your account email or existing billing customer reference and an account-linked checkout reference to Creem. We store subscription identifiers, plan, billing status and payment event references to provide account entitlements. PrintPiper does not receive or store your full payment card details. An export eligibility check sends only a template identifier and numeric record count, not your data rows.

Deleting a template

Use the delete button beside a saved template to remove its stored record and associated artwork from the application’s active storage. Downloaded print files are on your device and must be deleted there separately.

Analytics

The public PrintPiper website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and clicks between guides, into Studio or to a related printing product. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects usage information, such as browser and device information. Page addresses sent by our tag exclude query parameters and fragments; Studio entry events contain only the source page path, entry location and destination path. Related-product events also include the product name, with no query parameters or fragments. Public sample-download clicks include only the source page path and a fixed, allowlisted sample asset ID; they never contain an imported file name or its contents. Studio does not load Google Analytics. Account identifiers, email addresses, imported files, file names, worksheet names, column names, cell values and mappings are not included in our analytics events.
