Avery 8167 Label Template from Excel or CSV
PrintPiper fills 8167-compatible sheets from Excel, CSV, or TSV data with the built-in Avery 8167 stock. Choose it under Preset and consecutive records fill four columns of twenty return-address labels per Letter sheet — 80 labels per page.
Print setup: use US Letter paper and print at Actual size or 100%. Turn off Fit, Shrink, and other page scaling. Test on plain paper before using label stock.

A Avery 8167 data template is a spreadsheet with one column per field and one row per label. Add your rows in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, then import it into PrintPiper — the headers below map directly onto a standard address-label design.

Avery 8167 sheet dimensions
Avery 8167 / 5167 is the return-address sheet: 1¾ × ½ inch labels, 4 columns × 20 rows, 80 labels per US Letter sheet, with 0.3 inch side margins and 0.3 inch column gaps.
8167 is inkjet stock (5167 is the laser twin). At this label size keep text at 7–9 pt and print at Actual size.

Design one label
Create a template and choose Avery 8167 / 5167 · 80 labels / sheet under Preset. The editor snaps one label to its physical size. Add reusable variables such as {{Name}}, {{Address}} and {{PostalCode}}, or add single-page PDF or image artwork.
Import spreadsheet data
Save the template, then use Import CSV / Excel. XLSX, XLS, CSV and TSV are supported. Choose your sheet and column-name row, map columns to the template variables, and check several records in the whole-sheet preview before generating.
Records fill left to right and then top to bottom across the grid; the last sheet keeps its unused positions blank. Download PDF, PNG or TIFF files, print at Actual size, and compare a plain-paper test against the stock grid before committing adhesive sheets.

How many 8167 labels fit on one sheet?
Eighty: four columns of twenty 1¾ × ½ inch labels on US Letter paper. One sheet covers a typical season of Christmas cards or thank-you envelopes.
What is the difference between 8167 and 5167?
Printer stock only: 8167 is inkjet, 5167 is laser, and both share the 80-up layout. Templates for one print on the other unchanged.
What font size fits a return address label?
At 1¾ × ½ inch, use 7–9 pt text and keep the sender block to two or three short lines: Name, then street, then city, state and postal code.
