Billing and cancellation

Prices are in USD. Base is $4.99 per month and Pro is $9.99 per month, billed monthly and renewed automatically until canceled. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Creem processes paid subscriptions. Sign in and open Plans & billing → Manage subscription to cancel before your next renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Active templates and plan changes

Free includes 1 active template, Base includes 10, and Pro includes 50. Inactive templates remain saved. When a downgrade leaves you over the active-template allowance, choose which designs to keep active. Each template can be manually activated or deactivated at most four times in a rolling seven-day period; each transition counts once. Automatic deactivation after a downgrade does not count.

Upgrades apply after payment confirmation, with a prorated adjustment shown by the billing service. A paid-plan downgrade takes effect at the next paid renewal; your current paid allowance remains through the existing period.

Export limits and device capacity

Free exports up to 10 records per batch. Base and Pro each export up to 10,000 records per batch, with a maximum of 10,000 output pages. Multi-page templates produce multiple pages per record. Generation runs on your device, so large artwork, high resolution and available memory can require smaller batches. These are maximum limits, not a guarantee that every device can complete a batch of that size.

Access and refunds

The editor currently requires an authorized Google account. Check that you can access the app before subscribing; purchases start inside the app so the plan is linked to your account. For billing problems or refund requests, see our refund terms and support contact.
